While Super Spatial being still in open beta, we are doing our best to use this stage of the game development to tweak and enhance the gaming experience. As many of you know, lately, we have been working hard on re-modelling the tutorial part of the game, which we perceive as a ground stone of the game as such. We added a lot of new interesting elements to the onboarding part, re-made the progression and we keep doing our best to improve the game to your liking.
Unfortunately, sometimes it is necessary to make also some unpopular action steps, in order to be able to further develop the game, following the best strategy, aiming to improve the player experience. Due to the many changes and improvements done to the early game experience, the tutorials and the recently introduced Beginner Guide, it was unfortunately not possible for us to update all players’ early gameplay progress to the new systems in 0.20.0. In practice, all players who had not made progress to unlock and claim Tier 3 in the Banker’s Loyalty Program, will unfortunately lose their player progress.
We regret to inform you that it will not be possible to restore the original game progress on these accounts.
This change will affect only a few players, but we deem it important to inform you about this hard but inevitable decision officially, as well as to explain the background of this decision, so you, our dear explorers, have all the information.
We sincerely hope that you will understand the situation and the inevitability of this radical action step, as well as we believe that this will not spoil you the joy from the game.
